QuickBooks Connect 2018 is held in a public space, so participants, exhibitors, sponsors and other companies may photograph conference activities. Intuit reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken at the conference with your image or likeness in future printed or online marketing materials. We also encourage attendees to take and share photos and videos with their own social networks, unless otherwise specified. Photos and videos taken should be for personal non-commercial purposes.

Yes, only companies who have purchased a sponsorship are permitted to promote their product or brand. Companies that are not official, paid sponsors, or exhibitors are strictly prohibited.

For registration to be confirmed, we only accept payment by credit card at the time of purchase (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX).

Yes, but you will need to email your request to EventsAUS@intuit.com with the current name on the registration, the new name and new email.

Full refunds will be available for cancellations before 1st of April, 50% refund for cancellations before 1st of May, and no refund for cancelations after that date. A $25 processing fee will be deducted for refunds to cover credit card transaction fees and staff time. Event date, Sessions and Schedules subject to change. Email your refund request to EventsAUS@intuit.com .
